I am a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest Health Coaching school in the world, as of fall, 2023.

I was in the medical field fo 16 years.  After approximately 2 years into my career as a medical assistant, I grew more and more interested in holistic means for health and wellness and I began to study toward that aim. During this time I discovered my natural gift of massage. I am a graduate of the Healing Arts Center, the oldest accredited program of study for massage therapy, located in St. Louis, MO.  I am also a member of Associated Bodywork & Massge Professionals as well as the National Certified Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, since January, 2011.
